At 1446hrs BLS509, TF501, R272, and Medic 31 were dispatched to the intersection of Rancocas Road and the Mount Holly Bypass for a MVC rescue assignment. BLS5092 and SQ2723 were en route in less than a minute. While en route Central communications reported that it was a single vehicle MVC vs a tree with entrapment. BLS5092 found the MVC to be in 39's local and requested they be added to the incident. BLS5092 and SQ2723 arrived to find the incident as reported with heavy damage to the vehicle and two passengers trapped. BLS5092 handled the patient care and SQ2723 went to work extricating the patients. The passengers injuries were of serious nature and required aeromedical, E5012 was dispatched and handled the LZ. E5000 requested a second ALS (medic 33) to the scene. SQ2723 extricated the passenger in 3 minutes from arrival and the driver 4 minutes later. BLS5092 and BLS3991 handled the transports to the LZ with Medic 31 and 33. R3919 assisted on scene upon their arrival. DC5001 and E5000 had the command.
